Reported fundamentals
There is no stock score on this page. The score is computed from audited XBRL filings on SEC EDGAR and includes a 20-point insider component built from Form 4s, and a Korean company files neither, so a grade here would be measuring something different from the same letter on a US hub. These are the reported figures instead.

What Leeno Industrial does
Leeno Industrial makes the pins and sockets that touch a chip while it is being tested. Every processor and memory stack is electrically tested before it ships, and the contact has to be made thousands of times without wearing out or damaging the pad it lands on. Leeno makes those contact parts and the sockets that hold them.
Test consumables are a quieter business than the tools that pattern wafers, and a steadier one. The parts wear out and get replaced, so revenue tracks how many chips are actually being tested rather than how many new fabs are being built. As chips get denser and stacks get taller, the number of contacts per part goes up, which is the structural reason the business grows with AI hardware rather than just with unit volume.
Leeno Industrial is run by Lee Chae-yoon (이채윤), Founder and CEO. Lee founded the company in 1978. He sold 7 million shares, 9.18% of the company, in a block deal worth about 863 billion won that completed in June 2026, cutting his holding from 34.66% to 25.48%. He remains the largest shareholder, and Korean press has repeatedly raised the question of an eventual sale of control, which the company had previously denied.
Leeno Industrial has no US listing. Buying the shares means buying the Seoul line, which most US brokerage accounts cannot do directly.

What do analysts expect for Leeno Industrial?
14 analysts covering Leeno Industrial have an average price target of ₩103,071 (about $76.78), which is +55.2% against the last close. Coverage of Korean listings is overwhelmingly domestic, so these are Korean brokerage estimates rather than the US sell-side names that cover an American chip stock.
Does Leeno Industrial file with the SEC?
No. Leeno Industrial is a Korean company listed in Seoul, so it reports to the Korea Exchange and the Financial Supervisory Service, not the SEC. That is why this page has no filings, Form 4 insider or congressional trading sections: those are built from EDGAR, which has nothing on a company that does not file there.
