Reported fundamentals
There is no stock score on this page. The score is computed from audited XBRL filings on SEC EDGAR and includes a 20-point insider component built from Form 4s, and a Korean company files neither, so a grade here would be measuring something different from the same letter on a US hub. These are the reported figures instead.

What Samsung SDS does
Samsung SDS is the Samsung group's IT services arm. It builds and runs systems for the affiliates, operates data centers and a cloud business, and runs a large logistics platform that handles freight for group companies and outside customers. The logistics side is a meaningful share of revenue and has nothing to do with AI, which is worth knowing before reading the company as a cloud stock.
The AI case is the cloud and data center business: capacity inside Korea, run by a Korean company, for customers who want their workloads and data to stay there. That is the same sovereign AI argument that applies to the platform companies, approached from the infrastructure side rather than the model side.
Samsung SDS is run by Lee Jun-hee (이준희), President and CEO.
Samsung SDS has no US listing. Buying the shares means buying the Seoul line, which most US brokerage accounts cannot do directly.

Frequently asked questions
What is Samsung SDS's stock code?
Samsung SDS trades on the KOSPI in Seoul under the code 018260. Data providers usually write it as 018260.KS. The company has no US listing, so the Seoul line is the only place the shares trade.
Why is Samsung SDS an AI stock?
Samsung SDS is the Samsung group's IT services arm. It builds and runs systems for the affiliates, operates data centers and a cloud business, and runs a large logistics platform that handles freight for group companies and outside customers. What do analysts expect for Samsung SDS?
15 analysts covering Samsung SDS have an average price target of ₩259,467 (about $193.29), which is +16.6% against the last close. Coverage of Korean listings is overwhelmingly domestic, so these are Korean brokerage estimates rather than the US sell-side names that cover an American chip stock.
Does Samsung SDS file with the SEC?
No. Samsung SDS is a Korean company listed in Seoul, so it reports to the Korea Exchange and the Financial Supervisory Service, not the SEC. That is why this page has no filings, Form 4 insider or congressional trading sections: those are built from EDGAR, which has nothing on a company that does not file there.
