All seven Magnificent Seven stocks fell today. Here's where that money actually went (July 23, 2026)
All seven Magnificent Seven stocks were red by late morning Thursday, led by Tesla's 14% drop on an earnings miss and Alphabet's close-to-7% slide despite beating estimates, on another capex raise. Amazon and Meta sold off too ahead of next week's reports. The money didn't just leave, it rotated: into defense on Lockheed's earnings beat, and out of quantum, SaaS and space.

Tesla (TSLA) and Alphabet (GOOGL) are falling hard. The rest of the AI trade isn't (July 23, 2026)
Tesla and Alphabet kept falling through Thursday morning even as chipmakers, neoclouds and photonics stocks held up fine. Oil topped $100 a barrel after Trump threatened to bomb Iranian infrastructure over any new attack on shipping.
A short seller says a third of Sivers Semiconductors' (SIVEF) revenue is dubious. Its CEO and board bought shares anyway.
A short seller says 31% of Sivers Semiconductors' 2025 revenue is dubious and Sweden is probing an information leak. Its CEO and full board bought shares anyway, right as its laser chips landed a real GlobalFoundries partnership.

Inflation fell for the first time since 2020, the Kospi closed green, and IBM still crashed 23% (July 14, 2026)
June CPI fell 0.4%, the first monthly decline since 2020, and chips bounced. Then IBM missed on preliminary results, lost roughly 23%, and dragged Workday, ServiceNow and Adobe down with it. CleanSpark jumped 8% on a $6.6 billion AI data center lease, and the Kospi closed green before the CPI number even existed.

Chips got smoked today. Tomorrow's CPI report at 8:30am decides what happens next.
Arm, Coherent, Micron, AMD and Nvidia fell between 3.5% and 7.5% Monday while Microsoft, Apple and Amazon finished green. The selling stayed inside crowded AI infrastructure names. Tuesday's 8:30am CPI report could send the same stocks sharply either way, and the real risk isn't even in the data yet.

We built a stock score tool. It gave Intel a D, and I bought the stock anyway.
One pick in every layer of the AI hardware stack, each one graded by the SEC-filings scoring tool we just built. Four picks agree with the tool: NVDA, WDC, TSM, VRT. Micron is a partial. INTC and COHR do not agree with the tool at all, and I am holding both anyway.
