Mark Stevens sold 1,848,501 Nvidia shares between August 31 and September 2 for $410.8 million, all of it from one family trust. The Form 4 reports no Rule 10b5-1 plan. It is his fourth sale filing of 2026, taking the year to $856.4 million, and he still holds about $6.8 billion of stock.

LivePerson holders approve SoundHound (SOUN) deal as noteholders take six times more stock
LivePerson (LPSN) stockholders approved the SoundHound AI (SOUN) merger on September 2 and the deal is expected to close September 4. Noteholders take $261 million of SoundHound stock against $43 million for shareholders, and about $343 million of secured notes are satisfied at closing.

Korean company LaonPeople rose 30% after joining a 70.2 billion won physical AI project. It hasn't said how much of the money is its own.
LaonPeople, a Kosdaq AI vision company with 7.67 billion won ($5.7M USD) of revenue in the first half, was named an implementing organization for a 70.2 billion won ($52M USD) government physical AI project that runs to 2030.
